Victoria Brenman is a painter known for her expressive portraits of her friends and random live models. Victoria masterfully captures the emotions, beauty, character, natural rhythm, and personality for her subjects and their surroundings. Each subject is celebrated as a unique individual with different colorful auras.

In Victoria's portraits, the mundane plays a tremendous role. Every individual is set against a soft and silent background with the majority of focus being set on their distinct character. Victoria’s work has been compared to that of Modigliani, Picasso, and Dubuffet. Her portraits feature exaggerated human proportions, whimsical brush strokes, and playful specks of oil color.

Since graduating from Parsons School of Design in 2004 and continuing her studies at the Art Students League of New York, Victoria has participated in a number of exhibitions in New York City.
